The Aquafitboxe is an aerobic activity that simulates the typical movements of martial arts involving all the muscle groups, it is a strong workout caloric expenditure (about 600 calories / h), which involves full legs, buttocks, arms, chest, abdomen, back, and the cardiovascular system.
The activity of H2OFit Aquafitboxe being practiced in aquatic environment, develops coordination, balance, execution speed, strength, power, endurance, but in a fun, exciting and liberating.
It is, however, important to ensure that this discipline is taught by an instructor who is thoroughly familiar with the aerobic boxing or who has followed our training course for instructors recognized by CONI empowering to her teaching.
H2OFit Aquafitboxe SMART (H2OAFBSMART) is the possibility of introducing a novelty in the pool but with low investment being compact, lightweight, easy to dip and store presents the possibility of adjusting according to different water depths.
The new product H2OFit Aquafitboxe SMART (H2OAFBSMART) is presented as a cylinder (lot) of diameter 32 cm and height 90 cm, covered by a cap made of PVC filled with special foams that allow the gradual absorption of energy and the immediate absorption and emptying of the water.
The bag is equipped with a top belt that allows easy transport and 2 taken opposite, on the vertical side, which allow a possible use in functional gymnastics.
The bag has two potential uses:
• as an accessory, for practicing the fit boxing, one of the many poles for aquatic pole dance on the market as has a longitudinal through hole suitable for the purpose;
• stand-alone anchored to the bottom of the pool though a base-ballast.
The bag is equipped in the lower part 4 of hooking systems that, in case of stand-alone use, allow the attachment of 4 adjustable straps (H2ORAFBCR) to be fixed to a baseballast.
The base-ballast (H2ORBZASB), equipped with 5 suckers, 5 lugs and 1 handle for an agile grip; is made with rounded corners to minimize accidents and built with advanced techniques such as laser cutting and robotic welding using special steels treated in addition with an electrolytic anti corrosion process that makes them resistant against corrosive agents present in the water of the swimming pool.
